Copyright & DMCA
We respect copyright and act on valid notices. Here is exactly how to reach us and what we need.

Our position
Every program in this catalog is added deliberately, by hand. Most entries are not hosted here at all: the page links to the developer’s own download page and we serve no file. Where we do host a package, we only do so for software we believe is freely redistributable — freeware, open source, or software the developer distributes without charge.
We do not host cracks, keygens, licence bypasses, repacks, or paid software made available without permission. If something slipped through anyway, tell us and we will take it down.
Sending a notice
Email dmca@freeprogramm.fun with the subject line “Copyright Notice”. To let us act quickly, please include:
- identification of the copyrighted work you are claiming;
- the exact URL of the program page or file on this site (for example
/apps/example-program); - your name, organisation, postal address, telephone number, and email;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf, under penalty of perjury;
- your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
- We aim to acknowledge notices within two business days and to act on valid ones promptly.
- When we act, the listing is unpublished and any hosted package is deleted from disk — not merely hidden.
- We keep a record of the notice and the action taken in our internal admin log.
- If a notice is incomplete we will reply explaining what is missing rather than ignoring it.
Counter-notice
If your program was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address including: the material removed and where it appeared, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was an error, your consent to jurisdiction in your local courts, and your signature.
Repeat infringement
Listings are created only by site administrators, so there are no third-party uploader accounts to terminate. Where we find that a source we relied on repeatedly misrepresented redistribution rights, we stop listing software from it.
